- RMR MatuszekDec 31, 20255.0Alex and Junior deserve 15 stars. I've been coming here for a number of years now. Right before Christmas, I bought a set of tires here for a different car. I got a great price for a high quality Mavis Traction Pro Plus (I was very satisfied with the old set on my other car). I had to come back a few days later to change my TPS sensors which I should have done in the first place (my bad, not theirs). They rebalanced them at no additional cost and gave me a great discount on the 4 sensors. I've always been treated well here! Tip: If you're going to wait, go there after 10 am when the place empties out. If you go at 8am, the waiting room is full.

- DMDanny MarcilDec 14, 20251.0Total waste of time, I ordered tires and they set an appointment for 3pm after waiting for 1.5 hours and them not taking my truck in and seeing the incompetent staff. constantly swearing in the garaged arguing with each other, constantly not being able to find peoples keys for pickup and customers coming right back after picking up their vehicles with complaints. Seeing the manager walking around with flip-flops I decided this place wasn't for me this was once a great business now I wouldn't let them change my wiper blades. This place is in dire need of new management!
- MLMathew LeDec 13, 20251.0What should have been a simple tire swap turned into months of frustration and damage to my car. Back in March, I brought my vehicle in to swap tires between two sets of rims (one all-season, one snow). I specifically requested dismounting, remounting, balancing, and reinstalling the all-season set. Straightforward right? Instead this is what happened: 1. At checkout, I was charged for an oil change I never requested. It was refunded, fine no problem. 2. After getting home I noticed one tire didn't match the others. It turns out it was mounted backwards forcing me to go back to the shop to have it corrected. 3. All four valve stem caps were missing. These were replaced after I pointed it out. 4. Worst of all, I discovered four separate points of damage to my side skirts. The car had been placed improperly on the lift with the weight resting on the side skirts instead of the lift points. My side skirts were crushed as a result of this. What followed was months of phone tag with multiple regional managers (one quit in the middle of this process), repeat visits dropping my car off for repair estimates, and dealing with rental cars. In the end the damaged was repaired but this was all because they couldn’t get my car properly on the lift! I would not recommend this location or the Melvin's/Mavis company as a whole. It is poorly managed from top to bottom. If they can't even get your car on the lift right, what are they getting wrong?
