  Those guys who jack up my van had damaged both sides of the rear bottom frames because instead of lining up correctly with the metal piece that can hold up the van so that they can remove both tires but their jacks ate up big chunks of the frame. I was so mad and confronted those guys. They blamed rusty frames on both sides but it was never damaged regardless. They were too rushed to do the job. Why can they jack up in middle of the van whether front or rear area, where it was a place to hold up the huge jack. . I am nice guy and didn’t report damage to cop, but ate it up and fixed them myself. Next time I will not be so gentleman. I always buy my tires there (Elmwood street in Providence

  Very nice people, but the overall service was awful. I went in for a wheel alignment and my car is still not driving properly so I spent $135 for what reason? Such a disappointment for decent people.
