The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and actually raised her voice at me during the call. She told me they didn’t have service available, which I understand can happen, but when I politely asked if she knew of anyone else I could contact, she literally yelled at me. People don’t call for roadside assistance for fun or for a free service we call because we’re in a stressful situation and need help. On top of being willing to pay, being treated this way during an emergency is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If I’m paying for a service, I deserve to be treated with respect. I would not recommend this service based on how I was treated.
