I had been putting off getting my brakes done for far longer than I should have and showed up with a long list of probably very stupid questions. Miguel could not have been kinder or more patient. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, never talked down to me, and—most importantly—never tried to upsell or push services I didn’t need. I left feeling informed, taken care of, and confident that my car was in good hands. I can’t recommend Miguel and Monro enough.

I had no problem driving on this tire for more than a week until I was able to get a permanent replacement. Highly recommended. I only wish I had gotten my tires here instead of being tied to the bad warranty at a big box tire store, it would have been 100% worth the slightly higher price.

I even got the confirmation text from them. Gave them two strars because the appointment scheduler lady was super chill and nice. The manager sounded like he is not well. Somebody should give him a snikers bar.
