  Wow—what great service! This is my second time using LMG Auto Works, and they truly are the best. This time I brought my dad’s car in after his accident, and Shawn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us from beginning to end and went above and beyond, even communicating with the insurance company when we couldn’t get a hold of them. He took care of everything, including the rental car. When we got the car back, it was in excellent condition with a great paint job. The whole team is kind, professional, and courteous. Hands down the best auto body shop around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  I’ve had two cars fixed here now. They do a wonderful job with repairs. They come and pick up your car from you and drop it off as well when the repairs are done. Highly recommend

  This is my second time bringing my Benz GLC43 AMG to this shop, and once again, the service exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The owner, Shawn, and his team consistently deliver top-quality work with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers. From the moment I contacted Shawn, everything was smooth and well-organized. He took the time to understand what my car needed and made sure every detail was handled properly. The turnaround time was impressive—fast, yet the quality of the paint and repair work remained flawless. My car came back looking absolutely stunning, smooth, and brand-new again. Their attention to detail is truly on another level. One of the best things about this shop is how convenient and customer-focused they are. Even though I live outside the city, Shawn still offered to come pick up my car from my home. That kind of service is very rare these days. On top of that, they provided me with a replacement vehicle to use during the repair, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Shawn kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. It really made me feel confident and comfortable knowing my AMG was in good hands. I’ve taken my cars to many places before, but none have given me the level of service, honesty, convenience, and quality that Shawn and his team provide. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you again, Shawn, for taking such great care of my GLC43 AMG.   This auto body shop did an amazing job with my car! They kept great communication throughout the whole process and returned my car spotless—inside and out. I’ve honestly never seen my car shine like that before! They were also super respectful of my time, working around my schedule to find the best time that worked for me. On top of that, they even dropped my car off at my school to save me the inconvenience. Overall, 10 out of 10—would definitely recommend. Very professional and kind people!

  Had a great experience at LMG Auto Works. Tristine was awesome, she kept me in the loop the whole time and made everything super easy. The car came out perfect, they even detailed the whole thing, including the engine bay. I’m definitely recommending them to friends and family!
