My rep Adam Eklund sold me on the additional protective sleeve/ concealer… never received that… He told me the wrong appointment time… had to reschedule. He never told me about the install free…. That was a major inconvenience. $350- cash only. Then my installer never gave me the installation certificate because he never received it. On top of all this, Adam never returned my emails or calls.
