Then they will gaslight you and tell you nothing can be done nothing is available and have a great day before hanging up on you while you are still trying to find a solution. The entire customer service team is a bunch of liars making up any excuses not to do their job and refuse to even provide their name and connect you to management after they continuously lie to you about your reservation. I have spoken to 3 different people over 2 hours and all of them are the same. This company teaches their employees to lie and make the customer believe that he is in the wrong for having a confirmed booking weeks in advance. They have also completely removed my reservation from everywhere leaving no trace of it to hide their wrongdoing. Absolute worst company and location, do not come here.
