  Went in for a new battery and install two days ago. They had a VERY young looking female change the battery. I’m not blaming her but she was having a really hard time getting one of the rusted bolts out and it went on and on for minutes when I was in a rush but that’s not my complaint… she finally put the battery in and didn’t secure it again with the same bolt. I pointed it out and she said not to worry, that it was secure and not going to affect the battery and it wouldn’t move. Well, here I sit now waiting for a tow truck, 3rd time in 2 weeks due to the battery. I don’t know if they sold me a defective battery or if this very young person was wrong about the battery not needing to be SECURED like I pointed out it was supposed to be but I’m very, very disappointed and upset. This was supposed to SOLVE my issues with my car that has cost me 3 roadside calls now in a couple weeks. I hope you make this right! Oh, and they didn’t have any other battery in stock except one that lasts only a year. But being I needed one asap and the fact that the didn’t tell me on the phone that tha was all they had (I would have went somewhere else for a longer lasting battery!) this is NOT good customer service! This is a disaster! Stay away from This location especially if you need a new battery!!!

  I went in for new windshield wipers for my car today and Katherine Vargas gave me a 5 star service. She helped find the right wipers for my car and also put them on for me. Thank you Katherine!
