The staff informed that I had a problem with the alternator that was draining the battery and needs to be fixed prior to battery replacement. I fixed the alternator with a local mechanic, came back and the same staff Brandon was able to replace the battery, and demonstrated how to do this. Brandon was also honest and maintain high quality of customer service. I would recommend customers to come this store.

Turns out the battery was under the seat of the driver's side and not in the engine bay which was a lot trickier to get to then other normal vehicles. Brandon was calm, cool, and collected and proceeded to unscrew all the necessary bolts to get to the battery, install the new one and put together the brackets/covers back on as well. Best employee I've dealt with at this location by far.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
