    If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for brake pads. Had to get a caliper replaced. No my ebrake light is stuck on and they told me to go to the dealer. Dealer says $160 diagnostic fee and if they did in fact break something I now have to pay for it. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS AN E-BRAKE THAT IS ELCTRONIC. THESE IDIOTS DISCONNECT IT COMPLETELY INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN SERVICE MODE. Now my car is fucked, and time to get a lawyer.

    The men that work at the Newport Ave center are very professional. Very friendly. Work was done in a timely manner. I purchased 4 tires.They had to order one for the next day as only 3 in stock. I came in the next day and they took me right in. I don't remember the men's names. One was front desk. The other one was the mechanic. He put my one good tire back in my car so I could have a spare. He even put it in a plastic bag to protect my interior. Great experience.

    NOT FIXED THIS IS MY ALIGNMENT ONE DAY LATER” I made an appt. With the on call center because it was a Saturday and I was desperate, even though the call center offered me an oil change at a discount price & couldn’t see me until Monday, they briefly transferred me to the auto shop. The gentleman asked me “inspection” I said no, and repeated I had a nail in my tire and my alignment was very off. He implied he had room but scheduled me for Monday at 10. Verbal confirmation from him , the call center & a text the day of. I show up today…. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby while he was on the phone. Finally he found my information, I dropped my car off at 10 am this morning, I just called to check in 6 hours later and 3 hours before they close to check in & they haven’t pulled my car in yet… I’m hoping the service is good because there went my day.

    Everyone experiences that when you bring your car in for one thing, they always find something else wrong. This was my experience but with that Ananias contacted me immediately because I dropped it off. He explained to me the issues could and asked me to come back to the shop to view what was found. He was absolutely correct with the diagonals and I authorized the repair. What I didn’t realize and what I found out after the repairs where completed is that an issue or noise I had been hearing was gone. That noise issue I had take the car to two other repair places and was told they could not figure it out or it was just a noise because of the age of the vehicle, nothing to worry about. It turned out to be both of the CV joints on the front axel were bad and ready to come off. I appreciate Ananias and his mechanic finding this issue and letting me know as well as fixing it. This could have been dangerous had the wheel been damage or worse, fallen off. I would recommend his team for any work needed in the future and I will be a customer again when I need additional work…. Thanks to Ananias, his honesty and integrity….
