  Nice people but careless with my vehicle i get it back with a missing clip that clips rod that holds my hood open .i get a slightly riped seat wen i always put seat covers on so i now wasnt like that when i gave it to them and i also get it back with a electronic parking brake malfunction light on. they detailed inside and decide to detail area with electronic switches are causing damage to the bake switch i had it diagnosed by the dealer.and wateva they sprayed to shine up interior got into electronic parking brake switch and damaged it costing me 800 dollars and without a vehicle for days .its nice they didnt charge a deductible but i didnt gain anything but a headace unnessary stress .i will not be returning every again trying save on the deductible aint worth the stress they caused me.

  I recommend them 100%! They were incredibly kind. My car was undrivable, and they offered me a towing service to pick up my vehicle from my house. They also provided me with a rental car while my car was being repaired. During the two months my car was in their shop, I have absolutely no complaints. When they returned my vehicle, it looked brand new, like it had just come from the dealership. They even cleaned the interior completely. They are the best! I highly recommend them; your vehicle will be in good hands. I'm very protective of my car, but I trusted them, and they returned my vehicle in perfect condition, completely like new. Thank you so much i really appreciate the hard work i really appreciate it. Thanks again and people if you decide to fix your car with them you are in good hands an 100%

  Been thinking about writing this review and now is the time I’ve gone through hell since getting my car back from them especially after having a baby made it so much harder for me how they gave me my car back. I brought my car here solely because it was recommended by family. Aside from the bumper, my vehicle was in perfect condition no warning lights, no mechanical issues, and no problems of any kind. While the bumper repair itself was done correctly, my car was returned to me with damage that did not exist before. The key no longer worked it did not cold start, unlock, lock, nothing at all like before and the left head light fogged internally and completely failed just days later. These problems occurred while my car was in Maxwell’s possession, yet neither Maxwell nor the dealer that was working on my car accepted responsibility. Despite clear evidence that the car was received with no issues, Maxwell refused to have the dealer fix the key or the headlight. This is unacceptable and embarrassing for a company. Returning a customer’s vehicle with new problems and refusing to take accountability shows a lack of professionalism and responsibility. Although the bumper was repaired, my car was handed back to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off, which completely negates the quality of their service.

  My vehicle was brought in after it was struck by another driver. Received my vehicle back and it was in better condition than when I purchased it! Thanks to the team for doing an outstanding job on my truck!
