They didn’t have filter they needed for the oil change so they ordered one which I had to pay for. I thought filters come with an oil change but because they ordered a “ really good one” I had to pay for it. They didn’t put a sticker on my window indicating that it was done and how many miles I had til I had to get another one. Was told 30-45 minutes and was there for over an hr and a half.

I arrived about 10 minutes early, my information was taken, papers were signed and my car was in the bay before 10, and I walked back into my house at exactly 10:41 AM, inspection completed. The gentlemen, (so sorry, I didn't get his name), who took my information was very nice and made the process quick and easy. Patrick did the inspection and had an excellent attitude the entire time. He was very kind and professional. Patrick also took my payment quickly and efficiently, all with a friendly smile. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went, the staff's kindness and that I was in and out so quickly, sending a message that Monro cares about my time. I will definitely recommend Monro in Pawtucket RI to everyone I know and will use their services again in the future without hesitation. By the way, please give Patrick a raise, he absolutely deserves it.
