    Had a wonderful experience with Larry he gave me an appointment, I showed up a couple minutes late and my appointment was still honored and I wasn't given any bs. Plus my car was done in a timely fashion without any upselling or recommended repairs that I didn't need. They do car inspections as well. 10/10

    I got a nail in one of my car tires in North Attleboro around 4 PM and urgently searched for a place to repair it willing to pay anything for assistance. I found this Monro center and called immediately. The representative (Sara) did not seem to understand the urgency and spent a long time collecting information---including my email---and confirming an appointment at 4:30 PM. She even tried to add an oil change to the service---really? When we arrived at the center, the technician had no record of our appointment and didn't even know who Sara was. We were then told that even if the call center scheduled us, the store closes at 5 PM and they could not help us. It was extremely frustrating to be given an appointment without confirming the local staff’s availability---not even understanding the urgency of the situation. The disconnect between the call center and the actual location caused unnecessary stress and wasted time when we needed immediate assistance.

    I was so thankful for the quick service, and advice from the man behind the counter. Very helpful and informative. I was surprised how quick they were able to squeeze me in as well. I will be sure to recommend!
