Don't bring your car here! There are many shops nearby that offer much better services for much lower costs. Beware of hidden fees, upsales and scare tactics. I arrived here on my scheduled apointment time and I had to wait for 3 hours before they even touched my car because their call center schedules without knowing that they are backlogged by hours. I sat and watched the manager Mr. Brito call multiple people to cancel their apointments and those he didn't get to call were turned away at the door hours before the closing time because they were backlogged and call center still scheduled them. And also watched everyone in there who brought their car in for a reason, being told that they needed some extra very expensive repair or terrible things would happen with them. Finally after waiting for hours, and just before they closed the shop, they brought my car in for a tire change and state inspection (I had just bought the car). Before replacing the tires, they did a visual inspection and correctly stated that the car wouldnt pass state inspection because of a few things that needed to be replaced, eho wich they wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts, overpriced parts and labor, so I told them I'd do it somewhere else and come back for the state inspection. After taking their sweet time doing the tire change, the tech kept walking in and out with his phone, at this time the entrance door was already closed, they were closing the shop and I wanted to be done with all that. The manager told me the value to pay, which I found surprisingly super high, but I was exhausted already, so I paid and left. They did not even care to check the pressure on the new tires they installed, I had a TPM light on until I inflated the tires myself. Only to find out later that even though they quoted me something like ~$34 per tire changed, when other places around were charging $40, they failed to mention the extra ~$17 per tire disposal, while the others included that in their value. Whats more concerning, is that they did charge me for a state inspection fee, when all they did was a visual inspection under the car and they never gave me or filed any report on the items checked. I called the DMV and they told me that they received no report from them at all, and asked me if I was sure if they really charged me for it, which I was because I had the receipt right in front of me, so they told me to call them if I needed to dispute the shop in case they gave me trouble doing a second inspection for free. Fast forward a few days, I fixed the issues they pointed out and came back, there was another guy at the counter who had no idea what happened, and the car failed the emissions test this time, which was never checked by them the first time since they only did a visual inspection. He wanted to charge me for the inspection, I told him I had already paid for it and told him the date I went there, which he could confirm with the receipt they had on record in their system, but they had no report on record. So he called Mr. Brito was was working in some other shop that day to ask him what happened, and he told him that it would still count as the second time doing the inspection and that if I came back there again I'd be charged for it. At that point I didn't want to dispute it or lash out on the guy that had no idea on what happened. I just left and promised myself to never come back and prefered to pay to do the inspection somewhere else later after fixing the issue that they never mentioned the first time I went there since they didn't do a proper inspection. There are multiple places around that are way more organized, have better customer service, faster and better services for a better price

I came in to get a tire replaced. This location didn't have the model I needed, but they found one at a different location and got it for me. My entire appointment was completed in less than 2 hours, including travel. Very grateful for the service here!

Worst place to go get your service done. I had a very poor experience at Monroe Auto Shop and would not recommend it. The service lacked professionalism, communication was unclear, and I did not feel the pricing or explanations were honest or transparent. Issues were not handled properly, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Based on my experience, I would advise others to consider a different auto shop.

These guys were very nice and professional. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They explained everything properly. I would highly recommend.
