Got there first, but they didn’t keep count of the queue and basically said they were taking the other person that came after me first and then one of the technicians was gonna go to lunch and was going to take one hour and a half for me to get serviced. Never again!

I am not mechanically inclined, the tech was able to identify and reccomend other services that would keep my car happy. He was thorough with his work, transparent with pricing, and was not at all pushy with the additional services. But because of how awesome the experience was I took him up on everything he suggested
