  I went there today at 2pm to get help with my car, and the girl eho was there didn’t even want to come out. When she finally did, she checked the car and told me what was wrong with it. I asked if they had the parts for my car , and she said she could check. When we went inside, she acted like I didn’t exist and, and when I saw she wasn’t helping me, I asked her if she had checked if they had the parts , she say no , because I haven’t given her any information about my car. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But if she doesn’t ask me the questions and just leaves, how I supposed to know what’s needed?. And on top of that, she even went to the other side of the room. I told her to have good afternoon and I left. This is the second time I’ve been to that place, and the service is terrible. I already told everyone I know not to waste their time there. Later , I went to my mechanic, and it turns out the car didn’t have what she said, and all I needed was a new battery. If she can’t work there, she should find another job.

  Ruben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I went in for a new battery for my car and he installed it, shared knowledge and made sure it was all set. His customer service was on point! Made my day, thank you Ruben!
