I would like to give a big thank to Mike's Auto Body, because of their kindness and service saved our road trip on May 6, 2022.
We were traveling from Texas to NYC and the Northeast. Our Lexus was damaged in NYC while trying to parallel park, ripping out parts of the bumper cover and right rear quarter panel. I jerry-rigged a repair. But it failed repeatedly near North Kingston, RI. The ripped panels were flapping in the wind, and we had to look for a repair shop emergently.
We found Mike's Auto Body. After talking to the manager, Mark, he inspected the car and put in screws and bolts to hold the panels securely in place, so we could continue our trip. And he kindly declined my offer to pay for his service. We were so grateful that I am posting this note, so everyone would know Mike's Auto Body, and especially Mark, who cared for a family of out-of-state travelers.
Mike's Auto Body, and Mark, you are a real pro!!

I recently stopped at Mike’s because we are turning in our first leased car and someone had left several scratches and a small dent in the door. Seems they must’ve hit our car with their door. Being the first time we ever leased a car, I was worried it would count against us and lower the value. I explained the situation to Mark at the shop. He took the car in the same day and buffed our/touched up the paint. The damage went from an eyesore to barely knowing it happened. He charged me well below what I was expecting to pay, and I tried to give him more but he wouldn’t accept it. I’m beyond happy, and while I hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon, they’ve earned a customer for life. Great people. I’m so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.
