I was told by someone to come in for the next day, jim i think his name was, but they seemed to be totally booked. I waited 4 and a half hours to get my 4 tires installed. Seems like they shouldn't tell people to come the next day as they are always so busy. I drive passed a few other places just to get to melvins and next time I'll try those places.

- DFdan fNov 5, 20251.0I'm amazed at all the reviews of people saying how quick and attentive they are because the last 2 times I needed a flat tire serviced instead of just showing up I try to do the courteous thing by calling first to set up an appointment through their call center just to be called back 20 minutes later by who I assume is the shop manager to be told that they couldn't help for at least a week!! Their work might be great but it's hard to know if you can't even get in
