- SSScott SzczodrowskiJul 8, 20201.0Called and made a reservation and declared that I would be coming in on the block island ferry and was paying with a debit card. I was told I could pay with my debit card no problem and there would be an additional 200$ deposit. I booked a 50$ round trip ferry and when I got to the pickup location I was told I could not rent with my debit card. I specifically asked before coming if that was okay and was told yes. Now I’m stuck in pt Judith with no car and enterprise won’t give me the money I wasted on the ferry trip. Terrible customer service, just terrible
