- JMJason MitchellJan 23, 20251.0I went to this store on 01/21/2025 to purchase a battery charger. The manager, Kyle T., told me which one to purchase. I asked "are you sure this one is what I need as I live 30 min away and don't want to come back to exchange it", he said "this is the one you need". As he is the professional in his field, I trusted him. Back home, he had gave me a jump pack power station. My son went back the next day to exchange it, he was told to go back the following day to see the manager. I did go back, today, the manager Kyle T. was very unprofessional. He would not take it back or exchange it. I was very polite letting him know HE was the one who told me it was a battery charger. I wasn't looking for any trouble, just for him to do the right thing. He called the cops. I don't understand how he is a manager. Please don't make the same mistake I did, drive another 5min down the road and be treated with respect at Auto Zone. What a shame. One star is a lot for this place.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
