  Called and was scheduled for an 8:30am inspection. Adjusted my work schedule around this. Showed up and was told that their call center does whatever they want and they actually couldn’t inspect my car until 6pm. Just went a few blocks to Midas instead who saw me right away.

  I wish I could rate this location a zero out of ten but alas I can’t! Horrible customer service! The clerk, was very rude and when I asked for other locations that could do inspections since they had no availability his response was “I don’t know they’re schedule” sir I wasn’t asking for their schedule just other retailer! Rude! 0/10

  Both gentleman that worked on my vehicle were extremely friendly and courteous. My vehicle was inspected in a timely manner as o was on my way in no time.

  Not happy had 4 tires installed. Car vibrates at highway speeds. Also, took it back right away for pulling to the left. they realigned ONLY the front and took large amounts of air from driver's side tire they over inflated. Still pulling to the left. My car takes a 4 wheel alignment in which they can't perform so why did they accept my appointment based on Year , Make and Model??!! WASTE OF TIME. I took it to the Dealer had a four-wheel alignment and they rebalanced All 4 tires and it runs great.

  This place is so overpriced they have no idea what they are doing and will overcharge you and take advantage of you. My car was out of commission and it was the closest tow to where it broke down. They charged me $430 for spark plugs which is a $70 part and my car was still not fixed and I had to tow it to my mechanic. Do not bring your car here. I see now that you are looking to rectify the situation; the manager Kevin was unhelpful and doubled down on the price even though it was outrageous when I talked to him on the phone. My husband — who does not own the car was told close to $400 for the spark plugs— he does not own the car I would have said NO. AND this did not fix my car. I was charged another $30 in fees and also had to spend $120 to tow it home. Kevin on the phone said it was too bad and I was stuck paying $430 and he “didn’t understand the disconnect” There is no disconnect. I was taken advantage of and that price is outrageous. Please call and text the number on file for this car if you care to actually help. I will continue to tell everyone not to go to Monro.
