I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai of Newport. I worked with Greg Slater throughout the process and he was phenomenal. I was a first-time car buyer located in New York, so I'm sure I didn't make it easy on him, but I couldn't ask for anyone better. He was fully transparent on pricing and answered every in-depth question I had. He called me nearly every day to keep me updated and ensure that things were moving along. There was a strong trust factor that probably isn't common at other dealerships. Additionally, the Certified Pre-Owned tag lived up to the hype as Greg and his team made sure the vehicle looked and ran nearly brand new. I have always enjoyed the very responsible, immediate and respectful service of RJ and Paul in the service department. They do not miss a beat. And when we're not sure of what Hyundai special programs are applicable, Michelle is right on topic. When I drive off that lot I feel "I dun my 2019 Hyundai right" to keep her running in top condition.

Giving the severity of the repair needed, possible engine replacement. The entire process was seamlessly handled. With assistance of J R the service manager and Paul the service advisor, we were treated with very timely and thorough customer service. It’s always a satisfying experience when dealing with Hyundai of Newport. Every step of the process was explained by Paul and executed as detailed. As with the Hyundai brand, and Hyundai of Newport both have an amazing commitment to quality and incredible customer service.

The gentleman that waited on me was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and was very attentive. My car uses driver assist hand controls because I’m disabled and he listened to my instructions regarding it. Give the man a raise. He deserves it.
My inspection and oil change were completed very quickly and your waiting room is comfortable.
The only reason I’m giving only 4 stars is the wiper blades I needed changed were $70+. That seems pretty excessive.
Other than that, great service!
