He was rude and confrontational when we told him we were charged for something that we had specifically said we didn’t want. Then made us come back in for the refund and crumpled up and threw out our copy of the receipt. The technicians who we worked with were very kind and got the receipt out of the garbage for us but the manager is a different story.
