    Purchased a Hyundai from Hyundai of Newport sold as a Hyundai CPO from out of state. When I brought it back for my state safety inspection it failed. It would have also failed RI safety inspection, the horn does not work. Contacted Hyundai of Newport, crickets. Could not even get all the warranty pages from them. A page here and there. Ridiculous. There should be a way to give no stars to dealer from whom you buy a car that fails a state safety inspection.

I brought my vehicle in after experiencing several concerning issues, and from start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and transparent. They took the time to properly diagnose the vehicle, clearly explained every issue they found, and documented everything in writing. What really stood out to me was their honesty — they identified additional concerns beyond what I initially reported and made sure everything was addressed correctly and safely. The majority of the repairs were covered under warranty, and I never felt pressured or misled at any point in the process. As a first-time car owner, this experience could have been overwhelming, but the service team made it stress-free. Communication was excellent, the work was completed efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was safe and properly repaired.
