  The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. I came in for tire replacement, but I expressed my need for an oil change as well. I was told that I could have this service as well. I was treated respectfully and I was informed of every aspect of my service. I will definitely be back and I will recommend this facility to anyone that I know

  Excellent Customer Service: I've been here twice in the past few weeks—once to repair a blown out tire and once to repair a tire that had a nail in it. The manager and mechanics were respectful and informative about the services they were providing. They also had better pricing when compared to another big brand down the street. Each time, the services were quickly provided with no issues. Thanks!

  I had a great experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes. Manny and Peter were absolutely amazing throughout a really stressful situation with my car. I was dealing with multiple issues, and they both went above and beyond to try and help me figure everything out. They were patient, honest, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. What really stood out to me was that they even helped bring my car to the dealership when I ultimately decided to trade it in. That level of care and willingness to help is rare, and it meant so much during such a frustrating time. I truly appreciate everything Manny and Peter did for me. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate service!

  My break line blew this morning. I called Mavis to see if they could get my dodge dart in today and the manager (Manny) said it would be no problem. I double checked to make sure he knew it was a dodge dart. When I got to the store, Manny said he hoped i was in for a project because it was notoriously difficult to get parts for a dodge dart. He told me they had to send the last customer away with a similar model because it “wasn’t worth it.” I was on the verge of tears and ready to drive my car, without working breaks, to another place for help. Thankfully Pete stepped in, called to check parts and had reassurance for me in two minutes. Pete and Dennis made sure to get my car back on the road same day I brought it in. I can’t thank Pete enough for taking care of me. I wouldn’t be comfortable coming back unless I knew Pete was taking care of my car. Thanks again, Pete!!!

  The guys here were great. Manny took my call and explained everything over the phone. I got a lower price here than anywhere else I called from Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut by $25 per tire, ending up saving me $100!!! The alignment was also $40 cheaper than anticipated, and Angelo took care of my car the work itself was great. Manny showed me a great deal of patience and explained anything to me I had questions about. Were prompt about scheduling, and had good availability for walk ins from what I noticed while waiting for the service to finish. I would highly recommend them if you need work done 😁
