  On October 26th I got an oil change at this location, the man inspecting the air vent said it was not too dirty so he put it back in my vehicle and I left. Not long after I left, I noticed my check engine light came on. I called Valvoline back and the Manager Jon (may be spelled wrong) asked me to come in the next day, on October 30th. There the manager Steve found the issue was from my air vent. They removed some acorn caps and told me my air vent was dirty and messed with the sensor. When I left my check engine light was off. But on November 6th my car broke down, I brought it to the Nissan dealership and they discovered my air vent was installed backwards, leading to debris blowing into my air system, ruining sensors and etc. Repairs totaling $873. Valvoline has been aware of this since my car broke down on November 6th. Today on November 19th I have yet to receive payment from them after many calls and documentation from the dealership. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle. People cannot afford losing so much money and necessary transportation!

  Hello, To the manager Steven Went here today around 11am to do oil change. Asked about the 10% percent discount that can be looked up online from there end, since my phone died and was charging at home the 2 guys told me no No, customer service or understanding at all from both guys, they looked annoyed that I was asking as a customer for the 10% discount. Will never go back here again, these 2 guys shouldn't be working there at all. The other guy who was on my car didn't know what he was talking about, trying to have me spent MORE money on things I didn't need. Just went in for oil change and nothing else. He kept telling me that my tires are OLD and I needed new ones or needed to rotate them LOL silly young man didn't ask no questions I then told him those are BRAND NEW TIRES sir, what are you talking about????? Then he looked stupid didn't know what to say. 2nd he said that my car batteries are OLD he has a so car battery reader LOL, again my car batteries are NEW my car always pass state inspections with NO issues told him this and he didn't know what too say. Please train these guys to ask questions before guessing or assuming that they know about a customer cars when reading it on the machine reader, also update customers information on computers pertaining cars info Will be calling my bank for my money back, didn't like the service here at all. I go to other locations and they are BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. + Why the owner only responds too all the good reviews & ignores the 1 stars reviews???

  I usually don’t post reviews. I’ve been to this location several times. Two times ago I went and they said “you’re not due for an oil change” I went when the sticker told me to. They said they forgot to change the mileage last time. So annoying to go out of my way. The most recent time I didn’t notice the leak until a week later but my car was leaving huge oil puddles in my parking lot. I didn’t want to drive all the way back there in case I got stuck on the side of the road with my toddler. I brought my car to my mechanic down the road and lo and behold they didn’t put the oil filter on correctly, all of my oil had leaked out. I had to pay for a new oil change . It was completely empty and we’re lucky we brought the car in when we did. Basically out $100. I will not be going back.
