I had a great experience with this Mavis! I hit a curb with my car and a tire had to be replaced under warranty. They ordered the new tire and it arrived a couple of days later. It took less than half an hour for them to take care of everything when I got there. They were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

If I could I would have given no stars. I went there to get 4 tires, but ended up getting more. I should have read more reviews. The same day my tire light went on. I filled my tires and it happened again. While I was there someone came in for the same issue. I called to make an appointment, which they don’t have. I was told I could make one, but if someone came in, they would be first. That’s not an appointment to me. When I did call, they told me I’m not in the system. That was weird to me. I was telling my friends, they said, I hope you didn’t go to Mavis, because it took him over a year to get all the damage fixed. That made me nervous. I decided to take it to my friend, who owes a shop. He found oil all over the wheel, they split the CV axel shaft. My friend had the same thing happen to them. I decided to have my trusted friend fix it. I will never set foot in that place again. The place is very shady. Too eager to sell.

Had 4 new tires put on for a great price, and done quickly. My family has come to this shop for 20+ years and it’s always been great service, even with staff changes!

Made an appointment ti have my oil changed on Monday(Columbus Day). When I arrived I was told that the person working did not have the tools to change my oil (I have a bmw X3) and they were new it would be better off if I came back another time. I accepted that and the made another appointment to bring my car back on Wednesday where “there would be people that would be able to do my oil change. I arrived on Wednesday, the called around to see if any drivers were available at any of the part stores to get a filter but no luck. One of the other workers said he would go pick it up…. When they called back to get the filter, they did not have any. I was then told they would not be able to do the oil change. I said never mind, and they said if I come back to do it earlier in the day, unfortunately with my work schedule I can’t get there earlier in the day. My gripe is, I went 2 times to get my oil change and neither time could I get this done. The second thing is they knew on Monday what type of car I had, wouldn’t you get the filter knowing that I had an appointment set up from an appointment where you couldn’t do the oil change? You might ask why don’t I bring it to BMW… my work hours are long and it’s hard to get to Warwick or Newport to have this done or else I would, they only have service till 4 pm. I live in Johnston and this was my first time to this location and was hoping everything went great so I could continue to have my car serviced there, but from this experience I will not be back……
UPDATE, I did not call back, took a day out of work to bring it to the dealership for an oil change .
