- BPBenjamin Phillips3 days ago1.0Terrible experience with this company. Had brought my vehicle in to have the tires replaced. They then said I needed my rear shocks replaced as they were leaking. I had the work suggested done. The car had a shaking/ rattling sound from the rear tire area. I brought or tried to bring my vehicle back 4 times. Was told the shocks were fine and it was boxes moving around in the back. Again brought it back and was told there was no employees who could work on shocks that day. Again brought it back and was told they fixed it. Again brought it back and was told they were fine. Now am being told to go to another store to have them look at the shocks. This company is a joke and will give you the run around. Better off just staying away. Store staff promises calls back that I never received. They also told me I couldn’t have the phone number for a district manager. Absolutely enraged at the process this company is trying to make me go through.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional. Manny was amazing. he guided me through everything step by step so I wouldn’t freak out, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his patience and how reassuring he was throughout the whole process. The entire team was extremely understanding, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers and want to help, not just rush you in and out. I’m so grateful for the help they gave me. Highly recommend this place if you want honest, friendly, and reliable service. Thank you again for everything!
