- DCDavid CarvalhoSep 10, 20254.0There were no problems with the truck end of the rental all were pros.The only problem I had was enterprise trying to fit me in a car or like when I was driving a truck.now if that was an insurance thing or an enterprise thing is not a my thing..maybe I expect to much from a pro that does one thing ...rent..what a re you driving...ok here you go..or how about this...not ..ok here you go..oh ok...let me check...then this or that ..ok I will have to check...and after the run around. And they wear you down...it's..like....just give it to me...I will take anything at this point....But as I said at the end of it all the truck part of the rental..were all nice people that walked me thru the deal with a newer low milage truck..that was close if not spot on.tyvm to all involed.to your family from mine stay safe and healthy
- LMLandon MarkrushAug 18, 20252.0Have used this location 3 times and unfortunately they have been very inconsistent. 1st time, I received a call when I was 5 minutes away from picking it up that a van would not be ready for me to take for another hour. The second time went smooth enough. This last time I used them, I was about to show up and called to verify there was a van and was told there was no van for me to use, despite having made a reservation days in advance. I was told I would receive a call when one was ready and didn't receive a call for over an hour so I decided to use the Enterprise in Attleboro, who ended up taking care of me last minute. Will not be using this location again.
