I called right away to say I was uncomfortable with the “service required” light on the dash and was told it probably just needed an oil change. I’m sure that was the case, but since I had an extended trip coming up, they were happy to exchange the vehicle a few days later. As a single woman heading out on a road trip, I felt much more comfortable in the new car—and honestly hated to return it when my own car was ready! The drop-off was coordinated smoothly with the auto body shop, too. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Love Enterprise!
