  I had my car in for collision repair, and the pickup process went flawlessly. The first rental car I received, however, was less than perfect. I called right away to say I was uncomfortable with the “service required” light on the dash and was told it probably just needed an oil change. I’m sure that was the case, but since I had an extended trip coming up, they were happy to exchange the vehicle a few days later. As a single woman heading out on a road trip, I felt much more comfortable in the new car—and honestly hated to return it when my own car was ready! The drop-off was coordinated smoothly with the auto body shop, too. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Love Enterprise!

  They were courteous and accommodating to my needs. Very grateful that they could pick me up at my repair shop and return me to it when the car was ready. Also want to thank Kenzi for her help making this an easy and satisfying experience.

  After an accident disabled my vehicle, my insurance company arranged for a vehicle for me with the Johnston, RI Enterprise location. Lexi, the manager, called me almost immediately with bad news...the car would not be available until that afternoon. And then it turned out that when it was finally available I did not have time to pick up. But Lexi was a rock star, keeping me informed, and had the car ready to go first thing the next morning. The car was clean and in good shape. The paperwork was laser fast. Then, a week later when I returned it, using a key drop, I realized I left my work parking pass the next day. I called Monday morning, and Kenzie in that office spent 15 fruitless minutes unable to find it. I asked her to try again, and she called an hour later we with the good news it was found! I was able to pick it up that afternoon. Overall, this was a great experience during a stressful week.

  This was the first time I’ve ever needed a rental, I was in an accident and Lexi made things so easy for me. She is so kind, helpful and caring. I would recommend this location to anyone. And Lexi is definitely an essential person there!

  Present a situation with the insurance company, since they had to extend the coverage one more day and if they didn't, because I would have to pay for that day of rent to Enterprise, what shocked me was the willingness to solve that situation that Lexi had, she is a beautiful young woman who attended me from the first day I received the vehicle, until the last day I delivered it, her ability to solve problems is excellent, I appreciate that infinitely; because it makes us as customers leave satisfied with the service received, if they go through Enterprise in Jhonston RI, I recommend you ask for Lexi's assistance, you will not regret it. GOD bless the life of that beautiful young woman and I continued to give her wisdom.
