- WFW FNov 6, 20255.0I had my car in for collision repair, and the pickup process went flawlessly. The first rental car I received, however, was less than perfect. I called right away to say I was uncomfortable with the “service required” light on the dash and was told it probably just needed an oil change. I’m sure that was the case, but since I had an extended trip coming up, they were happy to exchange the vehicle a few days later. As a single woman heading out on a road trip, I felt much more comfortable in the new car—and honestly hated to return it when my own car was ready! The drop-off was coordinated smoothly with the auto body shop, too. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Love Enterprise!

Lexi, the manager, called me almost immediately with bad news...the car would not be available until that afternoon. And then it turned out that when it was finally available I did not have time to pick up. But Lexi was a rock star, keeping me informed, and had the car ready to go first thing the next morning. The car was clean and in good shape. The paperwork was laser fast. Then, a week later when I returned it, using a key drop, I realized I left my work parking pass the next day. I called Monday morning, and Kenzie in that office spent 15 fruitless minutes unable to find it. I asked her to try again, and she called an hour later we with the good news it was found! I was able to pick it up that afternoon. Overall, this was a great experience during a stressful week.
