Had time to stop at Dunkin though (are u kidding me) Horrible experience, they had very little knowledge, not helpful, not even empathetic to the fact that I was trapped there for over two hours in the pouring rain. Waited on that tow truck over 1.5 hours. I had to CALL a friend to deal with these people, so I could get back to my car because the device was taken out. There was ONE woman here who was helpful. Would never recommend. Tow service is garbage, so is their intoxalock service. 3.5 hours what a joke. I had to call out the next day. Cost me a day of work.
