I had a truck rented and I was given two different addresses, this was commercial and my guy went to pick the truck up at one of the address the lady there Kim was very rude when he passed the phone to me to speak to her. She had a nasty attitude, didn’t help at all she was nasty unprofessional and even racist. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there specially where you deal with people.
