  I brought my vehicle to this shop for what should have been a routine front brake replacement. Everything appeared fine until I picked up my vehicle and discovered damage to the driver-side front door. There was a noticeable dent, and the paint had been scratched so deeply that it went all the way down to bare metal. When I returned to the shop and showed the damage to the store managers, I was given two options: either they would paint over the damage using a repair kit (which would not address the dent at all), or I could obtain an estimate from an auto body shop. I followed their instruction and promptly emailed the estimate—only to be ignored for two days. After following up by phone, I was told the issue would be escalated to the district manager. The very next day, I received a call stating that “upon further review,” they decided there was no way the damage could have occurred at their shop and that they would not take responsibility for the repair. I then asked if they would at least honor the original offer to paint over the damage with the repair kit, and that was also refused. When I requested the district manager’s contact information, I was denied and told to contact customer care instead. When I asked for the customer care phone number, one of the store managers, Jamie, stated that he did not have it. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. There is zero evidence provided by this business showing that my vehicle had any prior damage when it entered their shop. The damage occurred as a direct result of negligence while my car was in their care, and they are now refusing to take any responsibility. What should have been a quick and simple brake repair has turned into a costly auto body repair that I am now forced to handle on my own—and potentially pursue legal action over. If I could give negative stars, I would. I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable.
