  Definitely the “Friendliest place in town” as their window says! Great people to deal with, knowledgeable staff. They care about providing great customer service and it really shows, from beginning to end. They were very communicative along the way and even sent pictures and explanations of all their recommended repairs. Truly appreciate the help and can’t compliment them enough!!

  I went for a vehicle inspection for an out of state transfer and the issues I needed to address were identified clearly and promptly. The services were also done quickly and efficiently. Very highly recommended.

  My husband and I have gone to L&S for quite a few years. last May I think it was, I brought my jeep wrangler in stating that I thought I needed coolant that the fan sounded like it was taking off and the engine kept stating it was over heated. I dropped my car of for a full day , not just once , not twice, but 3 separate full days and nothing was taken care of. I was told that it was possibly a sensor or the entire fan and that they were unsure. They ordered the part but was on back order. Mind you this is back in May June. And July. I took their word for it as I never had an issue. Fast forward to now. We went elsewhere. In 2 minutes they found out LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS JUST THE COOLANT. It was empty. I took L&S word that it wasn’t the coolant and they filled it . Shame on me! So what was estimated to be $200-1000 part , dependent on what it was ended up just being $20 coolant fill! Very sad! Will not be going back
