- AKAlicia KnightDec 7, 20251.0My husband and I have gone to L&S for quite a few years. last May I think it was, I brought my jeep wrangler in stating that I thought I needed coolant that the fan sounded like it was taking off and the engine kept stating it was over heated. I dropped my car of for a full day , not just once , not twice, but 3 separate full days and nothing was taken care of. I was told that it was possibly a sensor or the entire fan and that they were unsure. They ordered the part but was on back order. Mind you this is back in May June. And July. I took their word for it as I never had an issue. Fast forward to now. We went elsewhere. In 2 minutes they found out LOW AND BEHOLD IT WAS JUST THE COOLANT. It was empty. I took L&S word that it wasn’t the coolant and they filled it . Shame on me! So what was estimated to be $200-1000 part , dependent on what it was ended up just being $20 coolant fill! Very sad! Will not be going back
