- EHEvan Hedon1 day ago5.0I called to schedule an inspection on a Saturday AM, and was told they could see me same day for a drop off service, not enough time for a wait service. Perfect, super convenient. My wife was out of work about 30 minutes after the drop off time so I dropped off the car and sat down, waiting for her to get out of work and pick me up. I don't know if the schedule cleared or they had a no show or what, but when the man at the desk saw me sitting and waiting he put my car in right away. They had the inspection done within 30 mins before my wife even got out of work. Had to cancel her pickup for me. Great, fast service! Same day and awesome attention to me and my car!

If the problem is with your call center booking appointments. Communicate with your call center better. Wasted my day waiting for my appointment at 3pm for a simple state inspection. They said itll take over an hour to inspect. If it takes them over an hour to inspect brake lights, tire tread depth and my horn they have horrible mechanics.

In such a stressful time Monroe came to the rescue and handled my situation with the upmost care. Although I don’t live close by I would def make the drive to have my car serviced by them again.
