  I had a wonderful experience getting my oil changed here! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process super quick. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I'll definitely be back!

  Very bad experience. I went in for an oil change and there were three waiting lines. I got in the middle line, like usual, and was already waiting my turn with one vehicle in front of me. Then an employee came out and told me I had to move so another car from a different line could go ahead of me because they supposedly arrived first. That makes no sense if the purpose of having multiple lines is to wait your turn in the line you choose. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and disorganized. I decided to leave and I won’t be coming back. I do not recommend this place.

  Unfortunately, I typically always have a great experience here, but on my last visit, they decided to implement a different oil than I previously had in my motor the last time 4 times I visited. The technician told me that it required European oil which was not what I had previously in my car and was also conveniently $50 more on the bill. If it was imperative for me to have this type of oil, why was this never suggested upon my previous visits? This has left me quite frustrated and questioning if I will ever return for any services at your location. Lastly, I was not offered a military discount despite me being in uniform.

  I stopped at Valvoline this morning because my car had been smelling like something was burning. I was helped by RaShaun at the 520 Reservoir Avenue Cranston, location. He was amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything and didn't make me feel crazy by the way I was explaining my concerns. I mentioned trying to get to Church in passing and after the thorough job he stated, I hope you can still get to Church...and I certainly did with his help! I appreciate it! Thank you

I especially appreciated that they took cars in based on the order they arrived—not just where they were parked—which made the whole process feel fair and thoughtfully managed. A big shoutout to Frank, the assistant manager, who was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to explain things clearly without any pressure, which I really valued. It also genuinely seemed like a fun, positive work environment for the team—everyone was friendly, communicating well, and looked like they had a good system down. Will definitely be back!
