  Had side door damage on passenger side from “someone” intentionally ramming my parked vehicle , the people at Fletcher Autobody made the experience easy, pain-free, with rental cars on site. Car came back better than new with complimentary interior detailing! I highly recommend!

  I was referred to Fletcher Auto Body, at first, I was nervous but after reading reviews and speaking with them, I was eased. The process was quick and easy, they got my car in right away, got me in a rental (they have their own) and I was on my way. With the exception of waiting for parts, I had my baby (car) back in no time and she was looking brand new. Val is amazing to work with as well as his team. I will definitely be back (hopefully I don’t need too) and would recommend. 10/10!!! Great job guys.

  Can not recommend Fletcher Auto Body enough! My daughter was side-swiped on Rt. 95 in a hit-and-run. Fletcher responded to my message immediately, got the car in that day and assessed it for us, and gave us a quote and timeline. They started on the car the same day we dropped it off, went above and beyond on what we expected and finished the car ahead of schedule and as quoted. The communication and live updates while they had their car were unexpected and so much appreciated. They are true professionals delivering exceptional customer service and top-notch repairs. Very, very happy with the entire experience and service.

  I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop! My car was hit just one week after I bought it. From the moment I dropped it off, the team went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress free. Their communication was outstanding, I always knew what was happening and felt completely taken care of. When I picked up my car I was blown away. It doesn’t just look like nothing ever happened, it actually looks better than when I first bought it! Every detail was handled with care, the interior was spotless, and it even smelled amazing. They truly returned my car to me in better than new condition. I truly hope I don’t have to come back, but if I ever do I know I’ll walk through their doors with zero nerves and total confidence that my car is in the best hands possible. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares.

  Wow! What can I say about Mr. Val? Guy was an absolute gentleman and after I had a terrible experience with another body shop who opted to total my vehicle rather than have a conversation with me first, Val and his team took it in the complete opposite direction. After being referred to him by a coworker I gave him a call and was instantly placed at ease. He truly wants to help and it shows. I had my car for 3 weeks when a tree fell on it during a storm, I was adamant about keeping it and he handled everything from picking it up from the other body shop, to talking to insurance, and hooking me up with a loaner when my initial plans fell through. He’s genuinely a good honest guy, never something I thought I’d experience in the car industry. My car was a big job and it looks phenomenal. I can’t say enough about how this process went. Give these guys the time they need, their craft is top quality. If you’re looking for a body shop, go no further! I will always recommend people to Mr. Val! Val and team - so happy to have my car back. It continues to look amazing, thanks for everything!!
