Russ not only freed the nut from the socket he informed me on how to prevent something like this from happening and pointed out the correct set to buy. Glad I went to this autozone!

The front counter staff kept their composure as there was a grumpy man with rotten comments towards them for no reason. Also Austin who changed my battery was great, knowledgeable and so nice even with it being freezing.. -20 degrees out. Great staff and than you.
