    Unfortunately, the service at this branch has been going downhill in the past few years. I rent from many enterprise locations on a regular basis and it’s usually very good, but at this branch it’s now always slow, cars are not fully ready at pickup time, everyone seems busy doing something else and it’s often chaotic at the counter

    Très mauvaise expérience avec vous. Pas du tout professionnel et vous parlez très mal au téléphone vous ne donnez pas les bonnes informations un de vos collègues m’a même fait pleurer tellement il m’a mal parlé. Je ne recommande pas entreprise trois rivières et c’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu de toute ma vie revoyez vos employés.
