- MBMaria BrodescoDec 19, 20241.0If you have been traveling with your dog, had a car accident at 500km from your family and friends, this company would not allow you using the car with the pet. They would overdramatise the presence of a big dog who all the times sleeps in the car and does less of a mess than a 3 years child may do, and they will make sure to overcharge you for that, even if a professional car cleaning at my dealership costs half price from what they charged me. I strongly not recommend you considering this company for having a curtesy car or be ready to abandon your pet if you have a car accident in an area with no friends and family that might help in this cases. Not pet and not human friendly, you are being seen as a bag of money and your presence in their office is a chanse for their employee to abuse and rip you off.

Réserver un véhicule 3 mois à l’avance pour ce faire dire 2 semaines avant « Désoler nous ne pourrons pas avoir le type de véhicule dont vous avez besoin ». On me propose un autre type de véhicule à la place (qui répond moins bien à mes besoins et qui est plus dispendieux par dessus le tout). Finalement, la vieille du jour J n’ayant reçu aucune autre confirmation je me rend sur place pour m’assurer que j’aurai bien mon véhicule le lendemain. Surprise! Aucun véhicule disponible et un simple « Désolé, bonne journée » Service médiocre, aucun respect des engagements et aucun professionnalisme. Économiser temps et stress en allant ailleur.
