  Suite à un accident, ma cie d’assurance Intact me dirige au 2070 boul. Laurier en spécifiant que je devais arriver avant midi ainsi j’appelle un taxi et, quelle surprise, de constater qu’ils sont fermé le samedi évidemment après avoir payé $40 pour à peine 12 km, j’ai du le reprendre lequel m’a facturé un autre $15, puisque son compteur devait repartir à zéro. Il y a des gens qui se moquent du service, C’est soit Intact, soit Entreprises, mais le client il doit juste payer et se la fermer d’autant plus que j’avais besoin d’un véhicule puisque je devais lui apporter du linge propre celle-ci étant à l’hopital depuis le 27 decembre dernier, décidément ce n’est pas ma journee

  Je suis une cliente despuis des années chez enterprise toujours un excellent service a laval mais pour la premiere fois que je fais une reservation en ligne a celui de saint bruno de mortarville jai eux mon numero de confirmation et payer mon hotel a new york pour partir et la on m appelle pour me dire que il ya eu une erreur dans le systeme et je lui dit quesque je vais faire elle me repond * je sais pas prenez un taxi 😡 avec un petit ton ! Je luis et dit clairement cest pour partir en vacance j en revient pas un taxi !!!!!!!

  I have had a very bad experience with this location. I reserved a vehicle online and confirmed my reservation through the company central phone, and came to pick it up and surprisingly they said I have no reservation for unjustified reason. The lady who dealt with me in this location was not welcoming at all. I contacted the enterprise, and their reaction with this matter was not satisfactory at all. It was very frustrating.

  Booked a car to be picked up on Saturday Morning. Got there for 11h30am, and found them closed, even though the opening hours mentioned the closing hour to be 12h00PM. What's the point of letting me booking a car if the place is to be closed at the pick up time?
