Je luis et dit clairement cest pour partir en vacance j en revient pas un taxi !!!!!!!

I reserved a vehicle online and confirmed my reservation through the company central phone, and came to pick it up and surprisingly they said I have no reservation for unjustified reason. The lady who dealt with me in this location was not welcoming at all. I contacted the enterprise, and their reaction with this matter was not satisfactory at all. It was very frustrating.
