Dès mon départ du centre de location, un premier avertissement est apparu au tableau de bord indiquant un défaut du système. J’ai immédiatement communiqué avec la compagnie par courriel pour signaler la situation. Ce matin, un avertissement beaucoup plus inquiétant s’est affiché concernant une problématique liée aux freins. On m’a simplement répondu de passer à la succursale si j’étais à proximité afin de faire des vérifications. Je me suis donc dirigée vers la succursale. Or, à peine à 100 mètres de celle-ci, le véhicule s’est immobilisé en pleine heure de pointe, dans la voie de gauche d’une artère principale de la ville. Aucune aide ne m’a été apporté par la compagnie avant 30 minutes d’attente. Il est clair qu’il y a un problème important dans le fonctionnement et la gestion de cette succursale. Louer un véhicule qui présente des défauts mécaniques dès le départ, puis laisser un client gérer seul une situation potentiellement dangereuse, est tout simplement inacceptable. Je suis extrêmement déçue de cette expérience et préoccupée par les standards de sécurité et de service offerts.
