  I booked a car rental here 6 weeks in advance on line. I received several confirmations plus an email to check in on line the day before. I got the once per day bus to Sainte Anne de Beaupre to see the cathedral, then went to collect the car at 2 pm. I was told ‘there is no car’. I was also told this has happened before to other people! The only solution offered was to call me a taxi to go back to Quebec to the Beauport office where they said a car was available . There was no offer of a ride and the blame was placed on the Enterprise booking system. So I had to pay $67 for a taxi back in the direction I had come from. At the Beauport office they said there had been no communication from Sainte Anne Enterprise. Fortunately the young man I dealt with was very professional and friendly and he managed to find a vehicle for me. I was surprised that no one at the first Enterprise office took accountability for the problem. Just blamed the booking system which left me stranded. So my advice is DO NOT book a car rental through this office. The chance is no car will be available and no solutions will be offered, even with the lack of public transport in the town.

  J'ai fait une location en ligne dernièrement. J'ai été très satisfaite de l'accueil que l'on m'a fait ainsi que de la voiture louée. Elle était plus grosse que mentionnée dans ma réservation, mais pour le même prix. On m'avait avisé qu'il fallait que je la remettre dans les heures d'ouverture du comptoir de location. Je referai certainement affaire avec eux.

  If you drop off your rental car outside office hours, they will send you a bill for damages. Be careful and take some photos.
