Lorsque j'ai rendu le véhicule, l'employée Sainte Agathe l'a inspecté et a déclaré qu'il était endommagé (il n'y avait aucun dommage). Elle a refusé de contacter l'agence Enterprise d'origine, affirmant qu'ils « la traiteraient comme une cliente », et a déposé une plainte pour dommages sans effectuer de vérification. Lorsque j'ai moi-même appelé l'agence de Montréal, le personnel a été choqué que le personnel de Sainte-Agathe n'ait pas tenté de les contacter pour connaître l'historique du véhicule. L'équipe de Montréal a dû faire des heures supplémentaires pour joindre le centre de gestion des dommages d'Enterprise et annuler le faux rapport de dommages déposé à Sainte-Agathe. Heureusement, la succursale de Montréal a fait preuve de diligence raisonnable ! ---- ⚠️ Do not rent or drop off a car at this location ⚠️ I booked a one-way rental with a drop-off in Sainte-Agathe. When I returned the vehicle, the employee inspected it and claimed there was damage (there was no damage from my rental period of less than one day). She refused to contact the originating Enterprise location, stating they would "treat her like a customer," and filed a damage complaint without verification. When I called the Montreal location myself, they were shocked that the Sainte-Agathe staff hadn't attempted to contact them for the vehicle's history. The Montreal team had to work overtime to reach the Enterprise Damage Centre and cancel the false damage report filed in Sainte-Agathe. Thankfully, the Montreal branch did their due diligence!
