Dès que j’ai pris la sortie pour rentrer chez moi (j’habite à une rue de l’autoroute 15, pas sur une montagne), la fourgonnette est restée prise, et ce malgré une journée ensoleillée et une quantité de neige minime au sol. J’ai dû appeler un remorqueur pour me faire sortir et m’amener sur l’asphalte. Le remorquage m’a coûté 150 $. Je suis ensuite retournée chez Enterprise, ce qui m’a fait perdre près de 3 heures de mon temps, en pleine journée de déménagement. Ça devrait être illégal de louer ce type de fourgonnette en hiver. C’est extrêmement dangereux. **Mon message ne concerne pas les employés au comptoir, qui eux, ont été serviables.

Hier on a rapporter 2 camions elle doit me rembourser au pro rata mais plutôt elle a encore repris un montant. Elle menace les gens avec des huissiers.
