- CNChandal N6 days ago1.0Rented online and when I arrived on foot at 8:30 am (30 mins after opening) there were no cars and no one could help me, despite my reservation being confirmed. I had to walk back home and find an alternative the day of travel. After hours of searching for another rental at a different enterprise location, they closed for lunch upon arrival and I had to wait another hour to leave at 2pm by this point. I lost a day of vacation to this mess. On the way back, customer service would not let me return to a different location and was unhelpful. Oh and if you press 8 for english the system automatically hangs up on you. There was no reliability when i needed it most, no customer service even in french, mostly just unhelpful and unhappy staff.
