After returning a rental car through my insurance, I was shocked to receive a surprise toll bill months later—no prior communication, no instructions on how to pay. I’ve spent the last 2-3 months calling them repeatedly, but their customer service is completely unhelpful, and I can barely understand them. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I will never use Enterprise again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them.
