Ils m'ont appelés à la dernière minute pour me dire qu'ils n'auraient pas de véhicule pour moi. Enterprise m'as mentionné qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi, que c'était malheureusement le Hazzard de la vie. J'étais un client fidèle, près de dix locations par année. Très mauvais service à la clientèle et aucune comparaison au téléphone, il se lave les mains. C'est terminé pour moi avec Enterprise.
