C’est Cheick-ibrahima Diouf qui s’est occupé de moi. Il a été d’une très grande patience car il y avait un ptoblème avec l’assureur quand à l’interprétation de « véhicule semblale ». Pour l’assureur un véhicule semblable est un véhicule de même taille. Mon véhicule est VUS de marque Mercedes. L’assureur avait indiqué « VUS standard. Si je voulais le même véhicule, je devais payer la différence qui est importante. J’ai tenté de discuté avec l’assureur mais peine perdue. Il me disait que lui ne pouvait autoriser le même véhicule et que mon agente de réclamation n’était pas disponible avant 14 heures 30. Pendant tout ce temps, monsieur Diouf a attendu et finalement, il m’a offert un véhicule standard mais de qualité. Il a pris le temps de m’expliquer les diffétentes fonctions et m’a dit que si l’assureur autorisait le même véhicule que celui que j’ai, il se ferait un plaisir de faire le transfert. Si j’avais une note à attribuer à monsieur Diouf, ce serait A++++
