La vitre du véhicule a craqué à partir du cadre de la fenêtre, ce qui indique clairement un problème de tension ou un défaut de fabrication du verre. Ce n’était pas causé par une roche ni par un impact extérieur. Malgré cela, on tente de me facturer la réparation comme si j’étais responsable. Je trouve ça inacceptable de faire payer un client pour un bris qui semble clairement être un problème du véhicule lui-même. Très déçu du service et de la façon dont la situation est gérée. Je recommande aux gens de bien inspecter le véhicule et les vitres avant de partir, et même de prendre des photos. Sinon, vous risquez de vous retrouver avec une facture pour un problème qui n’est pas de votre faute.
