    La succursale offre un mauvais service de location. Nous avons fait une demande le 13 avril pour obtenir la location d’un camion pendant que notre camion se faisait réparer chez un carrossier soit 2 semaines avant la prise de possession. Nous sommes arrivés sur les lieux et nous avons eu un SUV. Puisque nous avions vraiment besoin d’un camion, nous avons insisté pour obtenir un camion. Le préposé nous a dit de revenir 2 jours plus tard et il y aurait un camion. Avant de nous déplacer une 2e fois en succursale nous avons téléphoné pour vérifier si le camion était bien disponible. Heureusement, car nous avons appris qu’il n’y avait toujours pas de camion disponible. Nous avons un SUV alors qu’on aurait besoin d’un camion pour faire nos rénovations. Je ne recommande pas la succursale.

    Très bon service, le personnel est tres gentil et serviable. Au début l'auto prêtée avec un petit soucis de clés, ils me l'ont changé pour une autre sans problème. Je recommande.

    Reserved car 3 days ahead, filled all the paperwork for quick check in. Had to leave in a rush for an important meeting the same morning. Arrived on location, they had no car available. Worst possible service!
