  Ange m'offre un super service a chaque fois que je m'y rend (2x par mois). Il me donne le goût de louer de nouveau avec cette compagnie par son service professionnel et attentionné. Merci beaucoup!

  Expérience très décevante avec cette compagnie de location. On m’a communiqué un prix verbal au départ, mais au moment de demander des explications sur le montant final, le discours a complètement changé. Au lieu de clarifier la situation de manière professionnelle, le représentant s’est permis de me dire que « c’est moi qui n’entends pas bien ». Ce genre de réponse est non seulement déplacé, mais totalement inacceptable dans un contexte de service client. Au-delà du problème de transparence sur les prix, c’est surtout l’attitude agressive et personnelle du personnel qui pose problème. On ne parle pas comme ça à un client. Il y a un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme à maintenir. Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie si vous recherchez un service sérieux, transparent et respectueux.

  The people who work here don't understand anything about customer service. We where driving through Québec with a rental car (without winter tires) that we picked up in Toronto. We reserved winter tires but they didn't have any in Toronto. While driving in Québec, and getting stuck in the snow, locals told us it's illegal to drive in Québec without winter tires in wintertime. We did not know this as foreigners, but we did say to the office in Toronto that we will be driving through Québec. They chose not to respond to this. After talking to these locals we immediately drove to the office at the airport of Québec to get winter tires. The people working at the counter said this was not their problem and refused to help us. Even when I mentioned that we were travelling with a small child and that the roads were very dangerous. They just didn't care. The only option they gave me was to book a new car for twice the money I had already paid.
